“Light & Love” Charity Events
Stonecube Art Association (SCAA) is a non-profit art organization established in New York. Its primary mission is to support local artists by installing, operating, and sponsoring art projects. One of SCAA's main initiatives is the "Light & Love” events.
Stonecube Art Association, founded in 2020, has promoted various non-profit activities centered around innovative art and music. In November 2023, Stonecube Art collaborated with Songbird Capital to organize the “Light and Love” Charity Art Exhibition and the “Light and Lov”e Charity Concert. The aim was to raise funds for the "Melodic Vision Scholarship," established at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University. This scholarship is inspired by the real-life story of Liu Hao, a blind pianist from China who was admitted to the Peabody Institute, and it is intended to support visually impaired music students studying at the Peabody Institute.
To broaden the impact and raise more funds, on January 13, 2024, artist Stone Chun Shi and blind pianist Liu Hao will jointly present the "Light and Love" Charity Concert at the Princeton Enmei Chinese Church. The concert aims to raise donations for the "Melodic Vision Scholarship."
A life without music and art is an incomplete life.

“The first time I saw Stone's work "Buddha's Smile," I was captivated. Despite my lack of understanding of art, the intricate artwork astonished me. At that moment, I thought such an excellent piece must be exhibited in Princeton to allow more people to see it. Coincidentally, I had established the Melodic Vision Scholarship at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and sought to raise funds through art events. Thus, I discussed it with the artist, and the "Light and Love" Charity Art Exhibition was born based on this idea.”

19 Howard Street
In June 2023, Stone Chun Shi started the "Art Saves the Space" project at 19 Howard Street in Lower Manhattan. Using his resources, he transformed an abandoned and graffiti-filled second-floor space into a suitable venue for art exhibitions, effectively saving the abandoned space through art.
Inspired by this, Stone Chun Shi decided to become the initiator, organizer, and operator of this project by establishing SCAA. All funds donated by organizations and individuals will be used to operate the "Art Saves Space" art project.
